Sandton, the financial heart of Africa and the richest square mile on the continent, now has the newest and largest Jaguar Land Rover retailer in South Africa. The all-new, state-of-the-art facility is the latest milestone in Jaguar Land Rover’s continued expansion of its national network.
Jaguar Land Rover Sandton enjoys a prominent location at 161 Rivonia Road, one of the major arterial routes to the financial capital. Customers in Johannesburg’s affluent northern suburbs will now find both the Jaguar and Land Rover brands in a shared sales and service environment.
The all-new retail facility has been built according to Jaguar Land Rover’s international design guidelines, which place customers at the heart of the brand experience. A reception area sees all customers get attended to immediately. The spine of the facility houses a lounge and coffee shop, and also unifies the Jaguar and Land Rover showrooms.
“Our customer base has grown substantially over the last few years. We wanted a prominent location that is more convenient for customers, whether they’re buying a new vehicle or servicing the one they have,” says Etienne Toet, Dealer Principal of Jaguar Land Rover Sandton. “Similarly, the Jaguar and Land Rover model line-up has grown. Those visiting will be able to see exciting new models like the stylish Range Rover Evoque Convertible, the scintillating Jaguar F-TYPE SVR, and Jaguar’s first SUV, the F-PACE.”
The Sandton retailer is the largest Jaguar Land Rover facility in South Africa. It features a showroom with space for 24 new and 50 pre-owned vehicles, giving new and returning customers access to the full Jaguar Land Rover product line-up as well as a wide selection of Approved Pre-Owned vehicles.
Existing owners will also be able to benefit from the new, state of the art service area, which has 30 service bays, fully visible from the showroom floor giving customers insight into how the vehicles are looked after. This will allow for shorter lead times when booking vehicles in for services and also aid in reducing turnaround times. To keep everything running smoothly, a complement of nearly 80 passionate staff is on hand to ensure customer satisfaction.
