Having recently explored the joys of Android Wear using my Moto 360 Smart Watch, I wanted to take a look at another exciting smart watch on the market.
Welcome to the Sony SmartWatch 3
The Sony SmartWatch3 performs in a similar manner to that of the Moto 360, thanks to it running the latest version of Android Wear (OS 5.1.1). Where it differs some of the other Android Wear devices, is that the SmartWatch 3 features a square elegant dial, rubberised band out of the box, and features a built-in GPS chip. This blend of tough construction, stylish looks and IP68 dust and water resistance certifications, make the SmartWatch 3 a perfect exercise and life companion.
A Few of its key features include:
– Quad ARM A7 1.2 Ghz processor
– 512 MB RAM , 4GB eMMC memory
– IP68 dust and water resistance
– Built-In GPS chip ; Gyroscope ; Mic and Light Sensors
– Bluetooth 4.0 and NFC
– 420 MAh battery (capable of 1day + usage charge interval)
Available in colours: Black ; Yellow and Steel
